About BBoxProbe

BBoxProbe is uptime monitoring that checks your sites from cities around the world.

What it does

Type a URL to see how it answers from each city right now, then click once to have it watched around the clock. When it goes down, every failing city is checked again before we alert you, so a single failed check doesn't wake you up. Every website also has a public page on bbox.to where anyone can check whether it's down, and you can claim yours as your status page.

How it works

The checks run on our fork of the Prometheus blackbox_exporter (Apache License 2.0), in cities on several continents. Results are stored in VictoriaMetrics, and Alertmanager tells us when a city starts failing.
